Translations – New project

Me and violinist Una Sveinbjarnardóttir just started a new and very exciting cooperation in 2023. We call the project “Translations” and we compose and perform music for church organ and violin. We gave our first concert at the Iceland Airwaves festival in November, together with guest musicians Davíð Þór Jónsson on piano and Skúli Sverrisson bass player.

We recorded our first album in summer 2024. It will be released by Sono luminus in June 2025.
